そして、「特別なものを欲し、善意のもとに都合のよい決定をしてもらおうとする」と述べている。
すなわち、さまざまな者が意思決定者から何かを得ようとしおり、誰かの意図というバイアスがかかっている、と言う意味である。
この意図から抜け出す方法が「十分に検討された根拠ある反対意見」である。
したがって、組織の囚人になることを防ぐためにも、根拠ある反対意見が必要である。
Drucker says, "Everyone is trying to get something from the person making the decision."
And he said, "I want special things, I will try to make a convenient decision under good intentions."
In other words, it means that various people are trying to get something from decision makers and the bias of someone's intention is applied.
The way to get out of this intention is "a well-thought-grounded dissent opinion".
Therefore, in order to prevent becoming a prisoner of the organization, a grounded dissent opinion is necessary.
